California Gov. Gavin Newsom launched a statewide public engagement effort to collect feedback on artificial intelligence (AI), its effects on work and the economy, and potential state policy responses, according to the governor’s press release.

California is using a new mental health website – mentalhealth.ca.gov – as an accountability tool to track implementation progress of Proposition 1 and other behavioral health initiatives to expand access to care and supportive housing.

California residents will soon be able to keep their driver’s licenses and state ID cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

The recently launched Build.ca.gov website is highlighting what California Gov. Gavin Newsom calls “once-in-a-generation investments in California infrastructure.”
