Oregon’s State 911 program announced that it has opened a new 911 testing lab which will allow for the testing of new 911 system capabilities in a simulated environment before deploying them in live settings.

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore has launched the Maryland Public Servants Resource Website that aims to serve as a centralized hub for programs and resources to support Maryland’s Federal employees and contractors impacted by Federal workforce layoffs, firings, and changes to Federal funding due to the Trump administration’s recent executive orders and policy changes.  

California State University (CSU) is using a public-private initiative to deploy artificial intelligence (AI) tools and trainings to a total of 523,000 people including 460,000 students and 63,000 faculty and staff.

A Federal judge in Washington, D.C., ruled in favor of the Trump administration on Monday, allowing the White House’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to continue accessing student data at the Department of Education.

A coalition of over a dozen state attorneys general filed a lawsuit in Federal court on Feb. 13 against President Trump, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and its leader Elon Musk, accusing them of “unlawful exercise of power” in taking recent actions to invade Federal agencies, access their tech systems, and curtail their operations.
