Kelly Davis-Felner is the Chief Marketing Officer at PayIt. In addition to helping the company grow, Kelly oversees end-user marketing, teaming with PayIt clients to drive resident adoption of their digital service delivery programs.
Kelly is a 20-year veteran of technology marketing, leading the function in industries including cybersecurity, data science, and ecommerce in addition to GovTech. She is a market research nerd, social media enthusiast, and a big believer in technology that helps organizations achieve their missions.
Outside of work, Kelly loves music, rescue dogs, travel, and tattoos. She lives in Austin, Texas with her family.
